Had same experience as previous reviewer - obviously isn't internally aligned properly so the glue stick gets pushed through at a weird angle so pushing the trigger doesn't make any hot glue come out. I have the low temp glue gun from this brand which works great. Have contacted Spotlight for replacement or refund but haven't heard back. Don't waste your money :(
