The Crankbrothers Stamp Lace Flat Shoe is a versatile option for both street and trail riding. The outsole is optimized for the Crankbrothers Stamp pedal body, but it works well with any flat pedal. The high-friction rubber compound provides optimal grip, and the lug depth absorbs the pins to ensure a secure pedal connection. The flat rubber compound (MC2) is designed for grip and durability. It has high-friction to stick to the pedal body and low rebound properties to dampen vibrations. The lugs are rounded to resist abrasion. The tread pattern is designed for traction off the bike. Directionally angled and spaced toe and heel lugs offer traction for hiking up or down steep terrain. The ramped toe provides walkability on steep terrain. The Crankbrothers Stamp Lace Flat Shoe is available in a black and gum color combination and comes in a size 11.

I love these shoes. Great grip and easy to re-position. I was having trouble finding shoes that didn’t bounce off my flats or never quite make comfortable contact. These shoes deliver! I rode for a few weeks on my existing flats and they felt better than ever (but still wasn’t happy with those pedals even though the shoes made them better). So, opted for some Crank Bros Stamps and now I am in heaven. I like the little lace stow featured, too.

I mostly ride with lipless pedals, but I have a couple of bikes with flat pedals and decided to try these out. So far, they've worked very well. I rode in 30 degree weather and they kept my feet warm enough for about 45 minutes. They grip the pedals well and are comfortable to walk in. Since I have only done about 100 miles in them, it is too early to tell exactly how they will perform over the longer run, but so far, well worth the price.

I recently made the switch to flat pedals and I have ridden the Mallet E for about a year and loved the quality and performance. There was no question I was going with the Stamp for the switch. I have loved the grip, foot support and comfort of the Stamp shoe and pedal combo. Shoes are also true to size. You can’t go wrong with these shoes!

I’m not an mountain/gravel rider but have only ridden Crank Brothers 50/50 pedals since selling my ‘92 Trek with toe clips 4 years ago. So when I was forced to a recumbent last year, I looked for a flat pedals and shoe combination that would provide good grip in the recumbent riding position- I found it with my stamp shoes and pedals! The grip is excellent, and the sole is just stiff enough. I did have to exchange the shoe for larger size because they were a little too narrow but the exchange was easy and fast. I wear a D width shoe and going up a half size as the website suggested gave me the room I needed. And as a 68 year old I appreciate the stamp shoes have a less aggressive style- I tried three different Five/Ten models (all way too narrow) which look like ... MoreI’m not an mountain/gravel rider but have only ridden Crank Brothers 50/50 pedals since selling my ‘92 Trek with toe clips 4 years ago. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them.
Love the shoes (once I finally got them, all kinds of issues with shipping). Customer service was good - shipping from the warehouse was the problem. True to size, fit well, aren’t too stiff, look good, and they are comfortable. The pocket on the tongue for the laces is something I wish every shoe did (like EVERY shoe). Would I wait a month for them again? Maybe? Probably not.
Seem to be well made but the rubber sole definitely doesn't mesh well with my stamp 7 large pedals. These shoes slide around significantly on the pedals, even compared to my 2-year-old beat-down worn-out Shimano flat shoes. The laces on my size 12.5 also seem to be too short, barely able to tie a knot. Would not purchase again and regret the $110 spent on these shoes.
So far so good. I didn’t pair them with CB pedals, just low end flat pedals. The internal elastic to keep the tongue centered is a functional advantage, but I wish they were a little faster to slide into. It takes two hands to lift the tongue to get them on. Then again, it takes two hands to tie them too, so what’s my beef?
Overall the shoe is well designed and very comfortable. I only have two issues, first being that they run small. The second is that the rubber used for the sole chips away more easily that with my otherflat shoes from another brand. Not 5.10. Still a good shoes overall. I have been very happy with the pedal feel and grip.Could be better but not a bad shoe at all.Likes.-Protected laces-Sock grippers in the inside of heel-Pocket on tongue for laces-No hard seams on the inside-Slim for a shoe of this style.Dislikes-Rubber chips away quickly from pins-Fit could be slightly better. Runs small-Not a soft shoe for daily wear
These shoes look great and are very comfortable. The link up well with the stamp flat pedals. They are not as grippy as Five-Tens Freerider pros but they are grippier than other flat pedal shoes I have owned. I would recommend these to riders looking for a great flat pedal shoe but do need the grippiest shoe in the world.
nice shoe, with some innovative ideas. The lace netting is a very nice touch they keep them from snagging. They were a bit tight for me because of my wider feet so I had to return them, and I decided that riding in the city doesn't require riding shoes. But that has no bearing on the quality of the shoe, from inspection. of the short time they were in my possession, they look to be quality. I'm also a sucker for gum-soled shoes so that was great to have that option as a colorway.
