As always with anything we buy at Sainsmart, beautifully packaged.Set up was easy, having spent a week or so debating buying it and watching Youtube vids.. I already knew what to expect on the assembly.Ran the test print from the models on the flash drive and I was pleasantly surprised. I have to be honest I was expecting it to look a lot rougher than it was.Ran a couple of Axolotl models with my kid.. one articulated in Matte Black, and one textured one with multicolor PLA.. both came out way better than I expected. I was expecting to need hours and hours of sanding... but nope. Way to loud and shakes has come close to falling off the table with how much it's shaking and moving.Was dusty out of the box and some parts where not in bags do not beleave I received a new printer.Wish I never bought it
