Love the idea, but it's only good for cooking. When defrosted the coconut chunks are rubbery :-(

I love the Creative Gourmet coconut pieces. I eat them as a snack, they're great for cooking and make fabulous smoothies.
Perfect for a nutty snack on its own but absolutely the best to add to a smoothies with frozen mango or raspberries. Because they are frozen it gives the shake extra thickness and on a hot day icy cold. These are frozen fresh and often a lot cheaper and more convenient than buy a whole coconut.
