I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! My favorite Creed. I don't get as much citrus as others, this is a beautiful Woody Oriental scent. Great for casual use but can be dressed up. Really is a four season fragrance. Decent longevity with good sillage. Signature sent worthy. 9/10.
Collector of Creed and other colognes for MANY years, this is NOT a genuine Creed Eau de Parfum spray, beware. The packaging is clearly a replica and the after-notes are both faint and horrible all at once. No further business from me on that end.
Underrated Creed perfume. They say it smells like PR XS from the 90’s. This is a 100 times better, fresher, uplifting and high quality. Im the opening there hints of XS but it quickly becomes a soapy and fresh sent that draws compliments from people around you. I only wish I got newer batch with the metal cap. Otherwise highly recommend Himalaya ! ❤️
This fragrance is very fresh and unique. I enjoy that it’s an unsung hero in my opinion. I prefer to use it during the daytime but it makes just as much impact on a night out. I can easily list 25 top quality luxury cologne and Himalaya is in my top 5.
Purchased for my fiance, he smells lovely everyday. Chosen over the Oud because it better compliments his other body products and the EDP just has a better presence compared to other brands that do EDTs. He uses items from Aesop and sierra bravo
