Crisco Shortening Sticks are so much easier than the big old tub of shortening you have to scoop out, leaving all your dishes greasy. This makes it easy, literally has measurements on the sides of the sticks for easy precise measurements while baking! Which everyone that bakes knows is a must. Crisco is a brand I know I can trust as it has been around a long time. Also great for frying.

Crisco All Vegetable Shortening is a must have in the pantry for old fashioned cooking! I like to purchase the 6 lbs size at the big box store. One container lasts me about two years or longer. I use to grease my cast iron skillet for homemade cornbread, molasses cookies and homemade pie crusts. Can be used for emergency on other things too. Smiles

Has less saturated fat than most butters and is great for frying or baking. Nothing taste better than fried chicken on Sunday after church cooked in Crisco. Makes pie crust really flaky and taste great as well. Just dont over use this or you will increase chances of high cholesterol.

French fries taste so much better in this vs oil. Also when making homemade icing for cakes the solid Crisco shortening and butter makes the best. I use it for all my frying. Especially when meat is breaded.
Your shipping department needs training. The first one was dented on the bottom. They replaced it. Who ever packed the second one put three thin pieces of paper in a big box (that arrived ripped) with the Crisco. It was dented even worst. Both cans of Crisco are leaking "Crisco" Please train the people who pack things. Products do get moved around in shipping.
Shipped in a large rectangular box with no packaging so that it rolls all around. Shipped by FEDEX so it was thrown all around! Came so dented up that it will not stand up in the cabinet and looks like it might be dented open in areas. It is a good price but not if you can’t use it! Sam’s club needs to learn how to pack boxes!
Grew up on southern cooking and crisco was an integral part of the kitchen. I never thought i'd ever say this but because crisco is now purely soy and palm oils (with some added chemicals) I will no longer buy this. I'd rather spend extra on much healthier beef tallow, real lard, real butter and continue collecting the liquid gold off my bacon to use for cooking. HARD PASS.
Product is great but packing caused damage for the second time! Packer crammed two cans in small box and then broke bubble wrap to keep in smaller box. Bottom of cans dented and broken open. I used gray packing tape to enclose so I could use it. Won’t order online again. Packing was terrible.
The product itself works great, however, Walmart does not properly package this item when it ships so multiple times it has arrived damaged. Of course I reached out to Walmart which was useless because they did nothing other than say they wanted to help but then did not help. So be wary if you have to have this item shipped to your home, I know in my area it has not been readily available on the shelves like it used to be.
The Sams box was in perfect shape however i couldn’t have beat the can more if i tried! What in the heck happened employees who hate their job or hate sams. This is ridiculous. Its not even sealed. Now what to do?!? Drive and return it. Glad i waited for it to be delivered. Be nice if i could buy it in the store
