As a teen in the 70's; I'd come home from School to the smell of amazing food being prepared in the original 'Crock-Pot' which was a new invention then. Its great to have one again after all these years. The new ones are even better. I've discovered its so versitile; no need to stick ridgidly to recipes; it allows you to experiment. One thing i've noticed is that it cooks better when full. At first i was concerned leaving an applience turned on for so long unattended but rest assured its perfectly safe. Good also that after its finished cooking it keeps food warm. Such a bonus. The lid & the bowl wash easily in the dishwasher also. I highly recommend this product.

I love this crock pot. I have always used a crock pot for cooking all types of meals. This crock pot is great as now I can stir without having to lift the lid and find somewhere to put it. It has a seal around the lid so it doesn't rattle. The first thing I cooked was a marinated beef roast, and I cooked it on low cook and the meat was so tender. More tender than a normal crock pot. The meat after resting cut like butter and it melted in the mouth. I would recommend this for anyone but especially people like me, a pensioner that has trouble lifting things and using their hands. Thank you

Very happy with my new crock-pot. Love that it is so lightweight compared to my last one. Can easily fit a whole chicken. Bonus featuers are the hinged lid & the timer. When finished cooking it automatically switches to standby & keeps the food warm until you're ready to serve. Great value for the price!

This round style slow cooker (as opposed to the oval variety) is good value as well as practical. A shoulder of lamb fits neatly inside the pot, for instance. And you can also cook cakes using circular tins. The auto shut off timer is a good feature. If it had an auto on feature it would be even better. The (removable) tilt up lid is also a good feature. Very happy with this purchase.
This is a fantastic slow cooker. I like the ceramic bowl. The timer is a great feature that also keeps your food warm once the allocated time is complete. I already have this model and bought this one for my daughter in law. Highly recommended
The lid style is fantastic. The dish is deep and the food cooks evenly. I love the fact it goes straight from cooking at high or low to warm. This way I can leave it on whilst at work and not worry about changing settings. Fits perfectly into the dishwasher too. I doubt I’ll ever look at another brand other than Crockpot again.
I absolutely adore my new crock-pot and rarely go a day through this winter without using it. It is the perfect size to cook curries, casseroles etc. for myself and my partner. The hinged lid is a great addition as it allows for me to stir my ingredients without having to hang onto the lid, (without condensation dripping everywhere) or remove it entirely to the sink. I highly recommend this product and appliances online, I don't shop anywhere else :-)
This is my first slow cooker so I cant compare with others although absolutely loving this crockpot slow cooker so far. If a recipe says between 2-3 hours Ill do 2.5 and everything comes out delicious. The hinged lid is perfect to quickly access the pot without making a mess and its super easy to remove when you need to take the pot out for cleaning. Having a timer on the crockpot is great as I can easily see how much time is left without having to set a timer on my phone and once its finished it automatically changes to keep warm.
I have had my slowcooker now for coming up to three weeks. I have cooked various things in it such as a curry, chicken, chicken soup and tonight I am doing a chili con carne. I think it is brilliant. My only comment is that I thought it would be more oval than it is. Each time I have cooked meat in it I have been initially worried that it would not fit but has managed to do so thus far - although I have only been cooking for two people.I had wanted a slow cooker for about a year by the time I came around to it and I was not sure on what price point or brand. I felt that this one would be middle of the range and have so far not been disapointed with the results. Looking forward to using it hopefully for a long time ahead.
Love this!!! It's been the best addition to my kitchen. It holds plenty of food, so I can get a good few meals worth. It's easy to use and automatically switches to keep warm once it's finished cooking. I love how easy it is to add things when needed, and I've had no issues with bubbling over or anything like that. Very happy!
