I returned this item on 8/4; it's been 15 business days since I returned it, and I haven't received my refund, even though you received the item on 8/11. I called your 1-800 line, and it took 22 minutes before I got to speak to an agent who said it would take another week or so to receive the refund. Come on, Crocs it's a meager $55 to you and not to me. I've placed several orders with Crocs because I like the shoe. There's nothing wrong with the shoe. I had to purchase another pair just to have it here in time for my husband's birthday. If I was waiting for the refund to make another purchase I would have missed it. Hire a process improvement manager to look into this roadblock in your system.

I'm sure the clogs are fine, but I got a 10M/12W instead of a 12M because the ordering process is tricky. Even when you click on the Men tab it still gives you a Women sizing option for who knows what reason although I guess to cause problems. I would bet that I'm not the first person this has happened to. I suppose it's still my fault somehow (that's what they typically say) but they didn't fit so I just had to give them away because of return shipping costs and all. First time shame on me, right? With all that being said I now know the 12M would have been a little big and an 11M would have fit me better. Well at least I learned something about Crocs I reckon. Anyways...-Clogless in Houston

My husband had a giant cell tumor removed from his right foot. His feet have never been the same after that: one foot is slightly larger than the other. I bought him the Off Road version before, but these appear to be more stable, while able to grip any terrain.My husband needs reliable, tred-safe shoes. These are the only shoes with a wide toe box that he wears that do not cause him pain. And he can wear them anywhere. He says they are more comfortable than he sneakers, and easy on and off. Highly recommend!

I was excited to use these, because they look great and the color is perfect. However after walking in them for about half an hour, I discovered that there's some shape issues with one of the shoes (and not the other) that cause friction and pain. When I got home I discovered a large blister, and the next day it developed to a nasty sore.Very disappointing, because if it weren't for this they'd be great shoes. Now just one of them is great, and the other is only good as a display model.
Bought for my husband who is slowly turning into his dad. He loves them, they've almost totally replaced his all season flip flops (not that they're meant for 4 seasons, my husband is just from Florida and refuses to accept the changing seasons up north.) Shipping was true to the estimated time. They fit true to size, the strap on the back is comfortable and helps to keep them on when "4 wheel drive" is needed. He's currently wearing them to help someone move from a 3rd floor walk-up. If that doesn't convince you of his confidence in their versatility and value, I don't know what will.
Never owned crocs before this. I tried knock off crocs in Ross that were so comfortable. I bought these online and while they are cute, I just didn't feel like they were very comfortable. These are too flat for my feet, and my feet ache after wearing these even more than in other flat footed shoes I've had. The back straps also look funny, and rub against my feet in the sides, forcing me to wear socks so I don't get blisters. I wouldn't buy crocs again. Would not recommend

This is my third pair and I'm already thinking of replacing one of my others as they are wearing out. They'd mostly be for yard and home wear as well as camp wear whether rafting or camping.I purchase this style because I thought the sole sounded beefier than the standard croc and it is.Disappointment alert! Though I ordered the same size I always do, men's 10, I found these to be just enough wider to make them slop where my standard crocs don't. I was surprised to learn that they are friendly looking, and protect my toes if I bump into something. They are also perfect for someone who is prone to get fungus under the toes, because thery are well ventilated. I would like to have a pair for outdoors and indoors, to keep my house clean, and they are easy to kick on an off on my front balcony. They are also easy to dry because they do not absorb moisture. I will keep purchasing them again again til I find a better product that does not have the word "buy" in their review. I like Chinese shoes and will keep trying to find a comparable Chinese shoe.

On sandy beaches, rocky beaches, rivers, waterfalls, moorland, forest, woodland.... It's a pleasure to have footwear that will carry you through anything - I don't mind them getting wet or muddy or full of sand as I can clean my feet and my crocs so easily. It's so much better than socks and walking boots and feeling precious about trying to not get them wet. I just stomped through all the puddles!I have now received the refund for these Crocs and I'm just going to get another pair of Classic Crocs as really that's all I need! They are the best! I am unlikely to try out any of the other designs that Crocs do. I certainly wouldn't recommend these 'All-Terrain' ones to anyone - sorry Crocs but what a poor design and a waste of materials!
Maybe "all-terrain" means something different in Crocland and I had too high of hopes for this style, thus am disappointed. Felt and behaved as OG Crocs as there was no difference in traction, comfort or support. The only noticeable difference was the adjustable strap. It allows for a snug fit/less slipping, which is essential when doing gardening, yard work, or hiking/walking on unpaved uneven surfaces, you don't want you feet moving around too much. Unfortunately, while mowing the lawn one day, the strap on one shoe ripped out. The hard plastic tab holding it on tore the hole completely, so there's no fixing it. To prevent the strap from flopping around I had to cut it off. I had only had them for a few months.
