The wide 9 broke in after a week of some mild chafing.Cons: runs hot (those little ventilator holes are more a gimmick than a functionality) and is sweaty. I've resorted to powdering my feet in morning before wearing them and putting panty liners in the shoe to mitigate sweating.Also - the shoes quack like a duck. I find it hilarious but it's also not a stealthy shoe so be forewarned.

These are the best work shoes ever!! I have had expensive shoes, cheap shoes and they all fall apart within a few months, not to mentioned never particularly comfortable. Well these Crocs are just an absolute dream! The comfort is next level and how they are made means they won't fall apart! I love that they are washable too. I have raved about these to everyone I know. Love them!! Perfect for work - smart and practical.

I am a first time Croc buyer/wearer. I purchased these because of a promotional incentive through my cellphone company, and because I had heard so many positive accolades about the shoe. Unfortunately, my experience has fallen far short of my expectations. There is minimal arch support in these shoes and the painful, pinpoint nubs are totally uncomfortable when walking on them for even a few hours, let alone an entire day. It's like walking on a bed of nails! And I can't use inserts (though that shouldn't even be a requirement for minimal comfort) because that would defeat the purpose of buying a wide width shoe to accommodate my bunion. I gave them 2 stars because of the width, the non-skid safety tread, and the fact that they are easy to clean and care for.
As far as I'm concerned these are the perfect black flat. So far I've worn them with stockings so I haven't noticed any typical Crocs foot sweating. They are a bit noisy against a hard floor at first but I didn't notice it after wearing them for a while. I felt secure - not like I might slip or trip. The very plain design makes me feel I could wear them with leggings or jeans or skirts or even capris.I did order up to a 10 after I measured my foot, as recommended. I typically wear a 9.5Someone was concerned about the holes on the inside near the sole. They're for ventilation. I wouldn't expect my feet to stay dry if I stepped in a puddle in this pair of Crocs. But they wouldn't get ruined if you did.

I have used these at work as a preschool teacher (indoors and outdoors with various messy environments) and at work at a university cafe, as well as just about everywhere I go, including in the midst of a year plus very dusty house renovation. I've had compliments on their appearance and practicality by college students.. They're great on water logged college campuses, and clean up fairly easily in that they are washable. I have easily stood on my feet in them for 6-7 hours/day with no problem. I do wish they came in additional colors such as navy, as well as in half sizes. I also found the 7 a bit snug and the 8 a bit loose and think a 7.5 would be perfect. This is my absolute favorite shoe of all time. I need a very wide toebox and these are perfect. I did have to put them under really hot water and then put my feet in the shoe while it was hot to mold to the width of my foot. I love that when these get stinky from foot sweat, i can simply wash them and dry them. I wear them even in winter without sock and my feet stay surprisingly warm. Awesome tread on slippery ground,even in snow. Im picky and these are my favorite BY FAR. The last ones i had, lasted me 3 years and i literally wote the tread off from every day use. The only other shoe I wear are Birks, so that should tell you something.

I clean for over 30 clients a month on a rotating schedule. I clean around 18 places a week and the only time I sit is in my car traveling to and from my next clients property. These shoes never hurt my feet and when I take them off my feet never hurt. The sole is not thick, but has just enough cushion to add support where I need it. In the 10 years I have owned my business I have tried multiple shoes & sneakers, but every shoe always made it painful to walk when I got out of bed the next morning. My soles were so sensitive. I love these shoes, and have had the same pair for probably 4 years or so. I love that's they're so easy to clean. I work in the food industry and first purchased these while working in a nicer restaurant that typical non slips were too informal for. I have taken these with me to other jobs since then. My only complaint is they make my feet sweat sometimes but they're so easy to clean and wipe out, that it really doesn't affect me much, and I typically wear them with no show socks. I recommend these to any of my team looking for a comfy non slip, and I even wear them sometimes while not at work.
