I was holding off getting crocs as in more glamorous but everyone was telling me to get them and I'd live in them. The run the top of my foot and always leave blisters, I don't find them particularly comfortable at all. I also got two sizes up (as I wanted to wear them with thick socks) but they fit me perfectly, so definitely not true to size. I think they look even more ridiculous than before I tried a pair. If I would have found this pair In TKMAXX instead of on the crocs website, I would have thought they were fake due to the blistering and uncomfortableness. The colour is glorious though and they worked well when I didn't have my jelly shoes in the sea.

I live on rural acreage so often outside in the grass and plants which requires wearing sturdy and covered boots. Downside of boots is that you end up having to spend a lot of time cleaning out small stones, twigs, dirt and sometimes mud out of the deep non-slip grooves plus they take time to get on and off with heavy laces. I wanted a simpler option so purchased the platform clog as they are sturdy shoe that are very easy to slip on with a high platform that provides clearance over the grass. Very comfortable to wear and super easy to clean after walking around on the property - I just wash them in the sink!

I bought these to replace my previous crocs, which I have had for about 10 years. My previous style was no longer available so I decided to try a new design and went for the platform crocs.Croc sizes do tend to come up small, in my opinion, and from previous experience, I knew to order a size larger than my normal shoe size (which is UK 4-4.5) and ordered a size 5. They do come up smaller than my previous crocs (but they were probably a little on the large size). These fit perfectly and are just as comfortable as my old pair.I do think they are expensive, however, my last pair lasted me years (and are still going, just look a bit tatty) and they got a lot of use.
I absolutely love these shoes! But make sure you size up because I had to return them and size up. I am a size 7.5 in women's and am slightly flat footed with wide feet. I sized up to an 8 because that's what I normally wear in the Classic Clogs and they're pretty big on me but these run a bit narrow in the front and smaller in size. Size 8 will fit without the shoe straps but felt like I was going to kick the shoes off whenever I walked. If I used the straps my toes would curl up in the front. I had to return them and get a size 9 and they fit perfectly. They fit a tiny bit big without the back straps but with the straps they're perfect. They are so comfortable and not too heavy. Well, I understand now why everyone wears them in clinic. They are super comfy and airy. I used to have some classic clogs when I was little but honestly don't remember much about how comfy they were lol, but now that I've been wearing them to work I do think the platform adds a level of support to your feet. This particular style is more narrow than the regular Crocs. You will have to possibly opt for a bigger size if you have wide feet. I have very narrow flat feet, so width is never a problem for me. My feet...lets just say they've reached the point of New Balance with prescription inserts are the only footwear they can tolerate, anymore. I ca't ever go barefoot due to horribly flat unstable feet, they mist gave support at all times.These crocks are amazing in this situation. Finally I can get out of bed and not gave to immediately put on my sneakers. These Crocs have crazy good arch support and stability. The added height feel so relieving. I love ❤️ them! Better yet, the mist fun orangey peach color was 1/2 off! Please never change or stop making this style!
I originally bought these because they were on an awesome sale in this peachy color and I couldn't resist despite the fact that I have no clothes in this color. Once I got them and started wearing them, however, they were so cushy and comfortable, and they added a whimsical touch of color, that I ended up getting three more pairs in three more colors! I only wear Crocs (I have no other brands of shoes) because of foot issues, and these feel great with the thick soles. They are not quite as high and roomy at the instep so I had to get used to extra pressure there, but I will still give these a five star rating because of the cushy soles. Classic Platform Clogs for the win!
