The Customer service by far has been the worst that I have ever experienced, I bought a uk W6, from the size chart because the sizes were very confusing, I used the measurements instead, I went for a 24cm heel to toe measurement and that was equivalent to a uk size 6. But when I received the shoes, they were W8 and when I measure it, it was 31cm! I don't understand how a UK 6 can be 31cm? It said in their size chart that it was 24cm. I contacted customer service, they told me that their shoes were in American size, I explained that I went for the measurement, and she just completely ignored me, she had no patience and ignored my questions. I said shouldn't you at least tell me what size to get in this case, and she just closed the chat. This happened twice, both of ... I was looking for a pair of cheaper boots that I could wear into work, since I have about a mile commute into my facility for when it rains. Walking into work with wet shoes isn't exactly great. I ended up purchasing these. They're completely waterproof interior and exterior since they're all rubber. They're very easy to get on and off I have no issues even with heavier socks. I usually wear a size 10.5-11 in shoes and I ordered a size 10 and still have room with heavy socks on. My only gripe is that the sole should be much softer than it is. The sole is very stiff for a rubber boot compared to other brands I've tried. If Crocs make the sole more spongey and soft it'll be a 5/5 for me. Overall they're good short easy maintenance boots. I wanted a very light-weight boot with arch support and one that can fit my wide feet. This Crush boot is all that and more. My wide fat feet feels dainty in these boots. There is enough room for me to wear very thick socks. It is not lined so your socks won't tug on it and easy to clean inside and out. The only exposed holes are on the boot cuff so it really is waterproof all the way above my ankles. If you want waterproof boots that don't exhaust you or weigh you down with each step, you'll like these Crush boots.

I measure 25 cm and that equals a size 9 ever since doing that I have had no problems getting the right size. Love my purchase. Shipping took longer than expected, however croc customer service was amazing. True to size & very comfortable. I'm waiting for the green to restock so I can order. I will be purchasing all colors. Croc plz make them like the balenciaga however with the holes at the top same as the low tops so we can add the charms. I promise you will sell out on the 1st day.
I initially bought the green and bone for my daughter and thought they were hideous until I saw them in hand and on her feet. I immediately ordered the yellow and black for me.These are so comfortable. I wear a 7 Women/5 Men in crocs, and I purchased the same size in these and their great, even with socks. In other shoes I am normally an 8 in Womens. My feet are slim and not wide. I want the green and bone now, that is out of stock in my size. Please restock the green and bone.
Is pretty much what I was expecting after reading reviews. They are comfortable inside. Easy to slip the feet right in and easy to get them off too. Bigger on the inside which is great if your feet tend to get swollen. The right amount of bulky. I like the fact the jibbitz go on the upper side of the ankle rather than in front of the shoe. Hopefully they don't fall from there. They took a very long time to get delivered so I would advise to order a month ahead as a minimum. Maybe 2 months ahead or just find a shop that has them.

I'm always a size 8-8.5 in other brands, and in Crocs Classic Clogs, I actually size up to a 9. Even though I ordered these in an 8, they're much too wide and flop around somewhat.I'm kind of annoyed about these being Crocs.com exclusive boots, because if I had been able to try these on in a store, I might have been able to see firsthand if a 7 (which I never wear...) would have fit me better. I have very wide feet. Crocs are not wide enough, but they're as close as I can get in waterproof. I can ride my bike with these, and they keep my feet dry. I hope Crocs will make a waterproof boot with thier normal sole, and consider makimg a wider toe box, while keeping classic width available. Thank you for this excellent footwear.
