I ordered these for my little girl, I thought with the price of them and been as it's a big brand they would be good, they aren't. They arrived and I went to put them on my daughter's foot and couldn't get it on at all, she was screaming trying to put them on and they are very very thin fleece lining with none on the inside bottom of it where the foot goes. They have been sent back. The customer services is terrible as well as I can't get a direct answer to any of my questions

Bought for my 2 year old and he loves them. Extremely comfortable n weather proof. Easy to slip on despite his wide feet. Lovely colour and a easy wipe to keep them clean, love the fact they are super lightweight, so does not weigh your little ones feet down. Would highly recommend.

These fit my daughters foot very well and seem comfortable and warm but they are really tight around her lower legs. She's a fairly slim child but I can hardly fit thin leggings underneath let alone more winter appropriate joggers or woollen leggings. Such a shame because they are roomy at the foot.

Ordered it for our 15 months old...Product looked amazing on the website, and looked amazing in hand out of box too.Price was on sale pretty cheap.Unfortunately we were not able to put on to our son's feet.It is just really stiff,not stretch,there is no zip which we knew it won't have.So yeah looks really decent but incredibly poor fit.Had to return it....😞😞
Underwhelming. Buying snow boots, I expected at least some thermal qualities / insulation but both are pretty much none existent in these boots. Very disappointing.
Got these for my daughter as they looked warm and cosy however on first wet day she wore them her feet were soaked! Kinda of a deal breaker for a winter boot, very disappointing.I did wonder before buying them but thought surely a winter boot would be waterproof, but past the toes and the water just seeps in.
The shoes are perfect, nicely manufactured and the color corresponds to the picture. My daughter wears C11 size rain boots, but C11 size snow boots are too little for her. Unfortunately the insole length and shape differs.
These look lovely and I prefer them even to the crocs wellies that I buy for my youngest son yearly. The elasticated design means so wet. Is getting inside the boot. Easy to wipe clean to look like new again. Comfortable for play / shopping. Prob a bit bulky to wear to nursery all day but everything we do at home they're on his feet.
Strangely this year boots were too narrow for my daughter. Had to resell to my friends daughter. She said, boots are really narrower this time, but it was still ok for her daughter. Disappointed as we loved these boots..
Bought these for my 5yo as she had them before, boots arrived with rest of order and they were uneven sizes despite staying the same size (C10) on the boot. There was a discrepancy of almost 2cm in length and 0.5cm in width. I had the pair replaced however the same issue occurred with a discrepancy of 1cm in length, I hoped perhaps I could make a pair out of the different sizes. However the right boot was larger on both pairs. Very disappointed by this as otherwise they're a great product but obviously unwearable.
