I bought the Crocs LiteRide 360 Pacers based on a New York Times WireCutter recommendation. Big mistake! They're good looking shoes and worked fine when I wore them on the plane to a Mexican beach with socks. But then I used them without socks to walk to the beach. As purchasers have noted here and elsewhere, they literally create severe gashes on either side of your Achilles tendon. The problem becomes worse if sand gets into the shoes, and it will. There's a serious design flaw here. I still have scabs and scars a week and a half later. They're much cheaper now. I assume because consumers are being hurt by these shoes. These shoes should be taken off the market.

Oh how I wanted these gym shoes in the worst way, little did I know they would be a very expensive purchase. I wore my croc airlites a few times in a cool climate before heading to Vegas for a fun weekend. The gym shoe, like the popular slip on crocs have perforations and the same squishy material making it seem like no socks is the best option for comfortable, cool wear; especially if you can see the sock through the perforations. Every picture in the advertisements looks as if the models have no socks on. However, three hours into my trip, this fashion choice welcomed the warm climate to cause my feet to slightly sweat. Thus the very next step I took as my shoe hit the pavement my foot slid within the shoe, solidifying the roll of the ankle, making me smack ... MoreOh how I wanted these gym shoes in the worst way, little did I know they would be a very expensive purchase. Thus the very next step I took as my shoe hit the pavement my foot slid within the shoe, solidifying the roll of the ankle, making me smack backwards down onto the pavement. Now the pain was instant and unbearable but I got wheel-chaired back to my hotel room and rented a electric scooter to continue on for the next four days. I returned to my home city where I then got X-rays to find my ankle was in fact broken and I needed a plate and 5 screws to be inserted. At that point. I regretted my purchase and obsession with getting these fashionable sneakers for which they lead me to lay in bed for 4 months, lose muscle mass, have permanent nerve damage to the entire top of my foot, and will never have the same full range of motion of my ankle again. Is it fully the shoes fault? Of course not. Do I blame the shoe? Yes. Do I still have the shoes? Of course, they're cute. Will I wear them without socks ever again? No. Maybe someone can learn from my mistakes, wear socks in all your shoes and make sure they are tied nice and snug. Thanks to the man whoWheelchaired me back to my room, to the airlines for offering wheelchair service, and to my friends who literally catered to my every need as I was bedridden for 3 months.

Decided to try these because they were on deep discount. I'm glad they did. They fit my feet perfectly. Normal Crocs are comfortable but very wide. They don't support my feet/ankles well. They are fine around the house but not great for extended standing and several other activities I do. These shoes, however, are great. They support my feet. They are a little narrow but I only notice this when I first put them on. Once I start moving, I just forget about them. They are that comfortable to me. They might not be for everyone but they are great for me.

I initially wrote a review where I was fairly negative. That was after just initially trying them around the house. I have since worn them twice for a full day and here is my updated review:I wore these the past two days and on the second day did significant walking. I updated from 3 to 5 stars. Once you get used to these they are comfortable. Not only that but easy to clean. I still think you will need socks due to the seam probably irritating your ankle and I still would not recommend for running as I do not feel they hug your foot enough for running. I do think they are fine for walking though. Having tested them I feel comfortable stating that. I think they are good value for the price.
Let me start out by saying that I am comparing to a more expensive and much more comfortable product. I typically by Brooks Sneakers or really running shoes. They are like walking on clouds. I am a fan of Crocs Clogs and have been wanting to try their sneakers. Reviews correctly stated that your ankles WILL hurt if you are not wearing thick socks. The edges are a bit sharp and will cut into your ankles with extended wear IMHO. They otherwise fit well and feel comfortable on my foot. I debated returning them, but decided to keep them to try them out some more. I would not use these for exercise or if I planned to walk a lot, but think they are fine for hanging out or if not walking strenuously for extended periods. I may update the review in the future if my mind ... MoreLet me start out by saying that I am comparing to a more expensive and much more comfortable product. They eat socks for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I got these to replace my work shoes since they look nice, and passable. However, without black socks on the shoes magnifies your feet visual. They are comfortable up to a point. The heel does have much cushion and softens quickly with continuous wear. I owed these for about a month or two. My jobs require minimal walking two and from dormitories in the same area, so no more that 100ft from one another. Sadly disappointed.
Loved them! I specifically bought theses for our trip to Costa Rica. These provided good traction on the damp floors of the resort because of the humidity. It also provides cooling ventilation with the holes. I wore it when we went zip lining going through streams as well as walking on the beach. It drains well and easy to rinse off. Very light and comfortable and have thick out soles for support and stability. I wore these the entire week we were in Costa Rica. I even had a few compliments from other people.
My husband has never been a "Croc man". Everyone in our family love them, but he was a holdout....until this LiteRide 360 Pacer. In November of 2021 he got a pair and they were his new favorite. I noticed he was looking online for another pair but was unable to find the "exact" pair he purchased with the lime green highlights. I ordered these and surprised him at Christmas. They don't have the same trim, but they still feel super comfy. Glad I could find them
This shoe runs very large. I had to step down a full size for a decent fit. They're easy-on - you can stretch/flex to slide foot in without untying. They're also comfortable (but more on that below). They felt pretty durable for a sneaker style shoe and are quite different from other sneakers on the market, which I liked. I am not a fan of the laces that come with these and wish these came with the round, elastic laces, like the Kids version has.Don't pair them with cotton socks, as the cotton sticks and drags on the shoe material. Synthetic sock materials work better and they're also fairly comfortable without socks, but did rub some blisters on the tops of my pinky toes when I did that. The areas where the fabric meet the molded material could also be a bit ... MoreThis shoe runs very large. The areas where the fabric meet the molded material could also be a bit uncomfortable if going sockless.I own a black pair and they heat up really fast if you're sitting in the sun - enough that I have had to take them off because my feet were getting very too hot, which is something new for me, even though I frequently wear waterproof hiking shoes with no ventilation. The LiteRide material is quite a bit "spongier" than the Crocs clogs and quite comfortable in and of itself, but I think I prefer the slightly more solid feel of Crocs clogs. These shoes also didn't provide the stability I would expect in a sneaker-style shoe, so I found them good for casual situations where you'd be walking and sitting, but the joints at the balls of my feet ached after much time standing or walking in these, which was unique to this shoe, and I know someone who also has a pair and complained to me about the same thing. For reference, I weight ~150 lbs and am a frequent walker and hiker, but this was something I've really only noticed with this shoe.I'll still keep them around and wear them in situations where I want a sneaker look, but don't need to actually spend much time on my feet. I wouldn't recommend them either as a sneaker or as a shoe for people who will do a fair amount of walking or standing.
Wore these to work as a milkman, my last pair lasted me 8weeks ( believe it or not this is actually good for my work shoes 4-6 weeks in most brands as I do about 100+ miles a week on my feet) bought a new pair and they're great. Super roomy and comfy. Unfortunately my plantar fasciitis kicked off and these are the worse for that as they have a flat footbed unlike regular crocs, if they made these with an arch added into the footbed design I would be all over it! Honestly the most comfortable trainers I've had for years, were it not for injury I'd still be wearing them
