This is good product for waterproofing around your house. It is elastic which guarantee not crack. Just follow the instruction and applied it.
This product was phenomenal and so much better than I could have anticipated. Goes on like paint, dries like silicone. Amazing coverage and waterproofing made easy for large hard to reach surfaces.
Great product for waterproofing, easy to apply with brush, low odour water based so it's really good to me as a chemical sensitive person. Once cured, it's light grey colour low sheen coats with hard rubber- a bit elastic feeling. I used it on newly laid and cured concrete surface and cast-iron surface, it did the job, the adhesion to the clean surface is beyond expectation, one year after application no bubbles were found. But the trick to making it long-lasting was to clean the surface thoroughly especially oily surface, and let it dry before application.
Water based which is fantastic, no odour, easy application and best of all clean up under the tap. Blanket can be used with the product.
Applied this product to new blue board then renderedRender cracked due to poor adhesion of this productContacted Crommelin and was advised should have used a primer,not mention on the packagingIn addition advised my application must have been sub standard!!! I have/had a leaking tiled balcony which gets full sun. The grouting between the tiles was gradually failing causing leaks. I decided to try this product after many I had used were not up to the job and began to fail after a few months in the sun.This product is performing well and sticks to the glazed tiles and has resisted the UV from the sun whilst remaining flexible and waterproof for over two summers now.It is a must that the surfaces are clean and completely dry. If not you will be doing it all again.I thought if the product any weak point it would be sticking to the glazed tiles. It certainly sticks to them and once cured you will need a scraper to get it off.
Very easy to use and up to now has been effective in preventing and further ingress of moisture
