I got this model last Christmas. One word: "Amazing"!The best rice cooker ever!!!Well made, very durable, and handsome rice cooker. Rice is delicious.Please don't use inner pot to wash rice. I wash rice with other containter only to save the inner pot so it last long. When I wash the inner pot, sock it in the water and let it sit for 20 mins and then wash it with sponge.Previous rice cooker, I used it over 30 years and it still cooks good but I decided to buy another one due to my kitchen decor color.

Have had this for years. Cuckoo has been one of my pleasure of using.Cooks rice to the best of the best. Doesn't leave food dry but intead with great moisture.Easy to navigate, I like the fast cook option especially when I'm in a hurry.Easy to clean. Looks capatible with my kitchen appliances. Stylish.

Nice unit. Maybe a bit too pricey, but it is high quality and makes amazing rice. Only bought because of the wife. There is an issue with the locking wheel that holds on the lid. You can EASILY damage the teflon by trying to remove the lid to clean it, so remove the cooking pan first.
