Brand new. For some reason my rice cooker clicks on and off every 1-2 seconds in non-pressure cook mode. It shows me 15mins and the time never decreases. In 15 mins, after the cooker clicked on and off for 1000 times, I hit cancel button. As it cancels, it will click on and off again until time reaches 0 seconds and give me voice saying it's cancelled. The rice cooked fine but maybe my unit is defective?

I have owned numerous pressure cookers over the years and this one is by far the best. It handles multi-grains with ease as well meat stews. It's a snap to clean especially with the self cleaning functions. The programming makes cooking a wide variety of food so easy. If I ever need to buy another, which I don't foresee, it will be this product. You can't do better in my opinion.

The Cuckoo 6 cup High Pressure Rice Cooker is an amazing kitchen appliance. I never had rice come out this good using a pan. it comes with a measuring cup and has the water add line on the side of the bowl for convenience. I have cooked jasmine rice, mixed royal blend with wild rice and quinoa and they have all come out perfect. Overall I am truly happy with this rice cooker and would def. recommend.
This rice cooker is an absolute game changer for me and my family!! I love the multi-functional and versatile features this offers, especially the twin pressure settings. We usually use the non-pressure to cook our fluffy rice, but when we want to cook sticky rice, soups and braised meats, the high pressure setting is perfect. Sometimes, we use a pot to cook rice, but with this rice cooker, I no longer need to worry about over cooking or burning my rice. It also plays the cutest music to alert me when the rice is ready! Love it!
This product is really awesome. The rice made with the high pressure options taste so much better than other products I’ve used. It supports all sorts of grains and I love that there are features other than cooking new rice. You can defrost frozen rice and the rice will keep warm in the cooker for a few days. There is even a self-cleaning function and taking the parts to clean manually is also very easy.The product is very easy to use, even without reading the 100page manual, especially with the audio assistance. Overall very happy with the purchase!
I bought and have used it for 10 months. Very reliable in keeping the cooked rice quality. Easy to use functions. My favorite part was you can keep the cooked rice for days without drying it up. Mine was white version and it matches well my kitchen's bright tone. Very satisfying overall!
Wow! So many settings to cook soo many different types of rice! And so far they'll have come out delicious! The recipes are delicious, I have tried 3 so far. White rice is especially good, both sticky rice using the high pressure setting and fluffy white rice using the non-pressure setting. I have used these to setting alot as the white rice will complement so many dishes. I am over the moon happy with my Cuckoo rice Cooker!
A great rice cooker on the market that's worth the investment. It's multifunctional, and gives me consistent, fluffy rice every time. The top selling feature for me is the high pressure function and their diamond plated nonstick coating, which makes it easy to clean. Also, the voice guide is a nice addition to the machine. Overall, a solid rice cooker that can last you a long time.
