I am returning the colander, as excessive heat from the soldering points of base to body has broken through the chromium component of the stainless steel on the inside, which means it will rust. They are already turning black. I am surprised it passed Cuisina QC inspection, as the roughness of the ruptured metal can be felt with finger tips. I will print off this email & invoice & put it inside the box in which I'm returning the colander. Please may I have a refund?So far I have had numerous pro form emails asking me to jump through a bunch of hoops, would appreciate some direct service rather than this almost obstructive way you treat customers.
