Very good device. Our daughter recommended this to us and we enjoyed some beautiful meals cooked in it. I tried hers to do a beef casserole and the meat was more tender than other cooking methods could achieve. I decided to buy one for ourselves and can’t wait to try other dishes with it.

Baked potatoes

Just bought this slow cooker. We were having a cook out and didn't want to heat up the kitchen for baked potatoes. Followed the recipes found in the product reviews and although the texture was different from potatoes baked in the oven, the flavor was very good, the kitchen didn't get hot and the clean up was super easy. Can't wait to try other recipes. Good product!

Does all that it says it will

I have put this cooker through its paces, using all its functions and modes and they work as stated. I really like being able to saute prior to switching to slow cook mode and I REALLY like the fact that I can use the "warm" temp without having to use the "high" or "low" slow cooker setting prior. That makes this appliance useful as a "warming drawer" or a chafing dish, too. The temp mode is very handy and I am going to try using the appliance as a small roaster sometime, too, as suggested by another reviewer. This is a very, very useful appliance, all the way around. Good purchase.

It does everything.

This is easy to use and very elegant. I love the steamer for vegetables and fish. I'm ve also used the slow cooker. I keep it on the counter top. It's part of my healthy eating plan.

It works great but the surface is coming off

We use this almost weekly, BUT the coating is coming off and started faking right after we bought it. We do not use metal. There are some other reviews like that too and it is expensive to replace the pot liner. I have owned several slow cookers but bought this one since you can use a higher heat to saute items. I think we are going to go to a Le Creuset pot or similar due to potential cancer concerns. BUT I love the convenience and leaving it all day. It cooks very well.

Just Super

This is by far the best slow cooker I have ever owned. The sauté to slow cooker feature is really convenient, as is the quickest and simplest clean up ever. My absolute favorite feature is the simmer setting. It has been my experience that low gets way too high the longer you have it on. The simmer setting allows you to slowly cook your meal all day without it becoming a rubber biscuit. Add to this the steam feature for yummy shrimp and lobster. Highly recommend this to all

Love My Cuisinart Multicooker

I have only had my Multicooker for a few weeks, but I have already used all the functions. I especially liked the way I could brown a roast and then slow cook it. The steamer works well, but I wish there were a way I could put smaller items on the rack without them falling through. Overall, it's a great versatile appliance!

Love it!!

Love everything about this product. Browning in the same pan as cooking makes life so much easier. The nonstick surface makes cleanup a breeze and the pot part is so lightweight, it is much easier to handle than those old ceramic pots. The fact that it automatically switches to "WARM" once it is done cooking is a lifesaver when you are running late. Great product!

Use it all the time

I love this multicooker. We flooded during Hurricane Harvey and have been living in our upstairs for the past 6 months, while they repair our downstairs. This multicooker has been invaluable. I use it several times a week and even have scrambled eggs for breakfast. I loved it before the hurricane and love it even more now...

cuisanart slow cooker

we love this slow cooker. we havent cooked in anything similar since a crock pot and this is the new generation of that! working long hours and coming home to a clean kitchen and wonderful food has made our lives great! everything comes out wonderful. I do suggest that you increase spices when cooking a normal recipe in here. the cook book enclosed has some good recipes and some not. other than that we LOVE this slow cooker and wondered WHY it took us so long to get it!
