This is a beautiful pan and probably works beautifully too but I'm returning it because it is just too small. Diameter of the pan excluding the handles is about 9.7 inches. Every inch in diameter makes a huge difference in cooking capacity and this pan is just too small for my needs.

Right size for sauting vegetables. Great value for the money.
Surprisingly heavy construction, even heating, I love it! This is the most expensive individual pan I've ever purchased, but I think it is going to outlive me, so I feel it is worth the cost. It sears well, and goes from cooktop to oven to table to refrigerator, so I only have to clean one pan.
Love the quality of this product a lot!!! It is the right size for almost every kind of dish I cook. Stew, Thai curry, asian country soups, and more. I can feel just good amount of weigh from it which is great, but not like cast iron products of course. This is now for my everyday cooking mate. Love it so much
The product is made of a single pressing of the metal to form the pan. The result for ours was that the bottom of the pan had a high point in the center, resulting in a pan that would spin - "easily" - when placed on a glass top stove. In short, we couldn't stir any food without the pan spinning; couldn't even stir water without this happening. It is an engineering flaw in the pan construction.
This is a 2nd purchase, because the size of the pan is so perfect for cooking so many foods as we are now a family of two. It is heavy, heats evenly on my induction range and is very easy to clean. The sides are tall enough to cook foods with more saucy liquids. From stove-top to oven then to table this 3 qt casserole with lid is perfect for many of our recipes. So glad I made the original purchase and now so happy to have a 2nd one!
Heats quickly and evenly. Lid fits tightly. The right size for one or two persons. Not too heavy for arthritic hands. Shiny, easy to clean surface. I will buy the larger size for company cooking. A little pricey but a good investment!
Cuisinart is my favourite brand. I have almost all my kitchen pans from cuisinart. Easy to clean, easy to take care of and always look forward to cook in it. Always buy from Walmart because best price ,, Walmart to go!!
