Just received it and have a return printed. The bottom has divots about the size of a sewing pin head. I know what will happen when you burn something in the pan each divot will turn black and be uncleanable.

This pan works great for multiple cooking styles. I use it for sautés, frying, and omelettes. Once it’s warm you can turn down the heat so that foods don’t burn. When you’re done, add some water while it’s still hot, but not so hot that the water vaporizes instantly, and any food stuck to the pan comes right off.

Most of our kitchen appliances are by Cuisinart just because of their quality. Our newest is the 3 quart saute' pan with the glass lid, and we are just as happy as with the rest of our Cuisinart appliances. Using it correctly will cook, saute' or however you want to use it, everything comes out perfect. We really appreciate that the handle doesn't get hot while cooking in it. Even the glass lid's handle is tall enough so that it stays cooler while cooking. There is nothing that we don't like about this Saute' pan.
Great mid sized pan I use it several times a week. Great quality even heating.
I have been very pleased with this pan. Even heat distribution, the handles stay cool, and it cleans up easily. A very attractive addition to my kitchen.

Best pan ever! Heavy pan with a perfectly flat bottom. Heats evenly for cooking without burning food. Cleans up beautifully when you are done. I’ve used it for a year now and it looks brand new.
I love this pan, use it all the time for everything. The glass lid makes noise while heating up and cooling off, it pops and crackles like it is going to break but hasn't yet. I have tried to contact the customer service using their website but I guess they don't like to reply. Good product bad service.
Don't regret my decision. Very good pan. I plan on buying more Cuisinart pans
