That grater with the ginger grater is used every day. My carer has bought one for herself too. I even grate the large garlic cloves on the ginger removable grater too. I think it is the best invention since sliced bread.I would give it the thumbs up to every one.I am 94 years old and have a carer every day to help me cook. Not one carer had seen a grater like it before . They all love it

It is the most expensive grater that we ever purchased but it doesn’t do the job even compared to cheaper ones. We know Peters of Kensington sells beautiful and quality products but unfortunately this grater falls well short as to other products that we have purchased.

Before I bought this grater I was still using a box grater that I bought at the supermarket in 1987. Grating was hard work. It made me sad. Then I bought this grater based on the reviews and yes! this is the greatest hand grater. It makes grating a quick, efficient and effortless. It makes me happy.

I tore open the box and grabbed a potato. This grater turned that spud into shredded goodness in no time. I Love this grater, but it is so sharp that I lost a piece of a finger on my first run—a very, very tiny little piece of my finger. I a,so love the fact that it has a stopper on the bottom, which allows for the collection of cheese—what we I’m grating, on the bottom.Who said haters couldn’t be improved?

My beloved 25-year-old box grater finally bit the dust recently, and I feared I would never find a comparable replacement. Vermont Country Store to the rescue! This grater is not comparable…it’s better than “old faithful.” It’s comfortable to hold/use, sturdy and well-constructed, has a variety of grating/slicing options, and is easier to store due to its compact design. I am very pleased. This box grater will probably outlive me!
Super sharp utensil. Using the Parmesan grater gives such fine results, not only for cheese but also citrus zest. The removable base which also serves as a ginger grater is brilliant. The top handle is sturdy and easy to hold. I should have bought one years ago.
How often do we buy a grater. Not very often. This one replaces our 20 year or so one. Nice handle. Extremely sharp so be careful. Well built and the best price around.
