I had an original nutribullet for years and I loved it! I decided to get the newer model as a treat. I would not recommend it! To start with, the unit had a burning smell since the first time I used it. It would leave chunks of frozen fruit and did not perform as well as my original nutribullet that was years old. I bought this 2 months ago and used it in the mornings for about 4 days a week. I kept it safe and clean but it suddenly stopped working. I called in the 800 number and was extremely disappointed. It took me over an hour to get someone to answer the phone and he hung up on me and asked me to call back as he could not hear me. What kind of warranty service is this ?????. I emailed my issues and have still not received a reply. Glad I bought this from Costco and they refunded me my full amount. I had no choice but to buy the same item again from Costco in hope that it works well without breaking down again. It is a machine and I do understand that it could be a oe off but at the the support crew could have been more helpful. Purchased in Feb 24 and after a few month's use, I can say this product is inferior to its predecessors in almost every way. The manufacturer's claim that this product is quiet is false. It is much, much louder than the Nutribullet Pro, which I also own. The suction cups are nice if you want to walk away while your blender runs, but they stick to everything! It would be nice to have the option to engage the suction cups when needed. The blending cup is way too narrow. Food gets stuck at the top, preventing consistent blend and it's nearly impossible to clean, even for medium sized hands. It is not worth the extra cost and I regret my purchase, wishing I'd just purchased another Nutribullet Pro.
I love the power of this blender. I have the pro+ which is also 1200 watts BUT…the lids are very fragile and cheap. They broke even before i used them. The lid cap has three tabs that help seal the cap and all I did was snap it down and a tab broke off immediately right out of the box.So being that I know this company and the way they really do not warranty anything without charging the customer $9.99 to ship out anything, even if it is determined to be defective. So I’m going to be cautious and the smart thing to do is return it before I have more issues with the defective lids. If other customers are having issues the motor base that’s easy since I have dealt with that process which isn’t as bad as accessories. I had the old 900 series for years but it broke and I thought an upgrade for my birthday would be great. The only 2 good points are the suction caps on the bottom & its quieter.The blades are smaller & angled upward, so instead of blending it just pushes a cone into my ingredients and creates enormous heat in the centre because theyre stuck.For a smoothie or a sauce great, for anything thicker bad. This photo is my raw date & almond ball recipe Ive been making for years in my old machine. I now have to blitz each ingredient separately and when I try to mix together, its cooked the middle and not blended at all.

I just add some water and a drop of soap and pulse it a couple of times until clean. When storing away, I screw the blade base to a cup to keep the blades and myself safe.
