I LOVE my edger. Over about 20 years this is probably no 6 or 7 because I wear out the plastic wheel. I have tried other brands but they were very awkward to use. For small pavers etc this is perfect.

This product is not fit for purpose. The plastic wheel wears quickly when run along concrete edge next to the lawn. Consequently, the plastic wheel spokes crack which causes the rotating head to bend from left to right as you try and edge the lawn. I used it every 3 to 6 weeks and I got less than 12 months use out of it. I suggest you buy a different style of lawn edger.
I chose this edger because it was the most expensive option on the shelf. Unfortunately, it was blunt and utterly pointless. No chance of cutting through the buffalo runners. Also, the foot pegs meant it could not be used against the fence, and the wheel meant it could not be used against any concrete that was higher than the grass. Total waste of money - will be returning.
I bought mine about 12 months ago. It works fine, but the inside drum that is attached to the steel blade wheel is made out of plastic, and quickly wears out as it runs on the concrete pathway. Unfortunately you are unable to buy a replacement drum, hence the whole tool becomes useless.
Haven’t had it for long but it does a great job. It requires some elbow grease but you have to expect that as it’s not powered. You won’t get those crisp lines like you would with a whipper snipper but for keeping everything looking neat you can’t go wrong, would recommend
Pretty good, works well at cutting the edge but I find the handle configuration isn't very well designed and the handles are made of super slippery plastic. Good value though
bought this 12 months ago and the plastic wheel is already worn out , should be able to buy a replacement ,have tacken the worn wheel off and now understand their is no part to replace it , even that you can take it off .should be able to replace the wheel , if not then a refund should be available not fit for purpose .
Used only once or twice since I bought it, does not do the job as I expected. It requires perfect level between the lawn and the concrete for the grass to be cut with a lot of physical efforts. Wont recommend this product.
