Love this item because I am able to charge different devices at the same time. The only disadvantage I noticed is that when there are multiple devices being charged at the same time, fast charging for my phone would not be available and it is only available once there is only one device charging. Not sure if this is normal but I wish it was not the case.

It does what it needs to. If you have more than one cable plugged into it (even if they aren't plugged into anything on the other end), it will not fast charge my device (using the 40W usb c port). Other than that a good and convenient product to have.

A great transition option

Great and handy product as we transition to USBC. My only issue is that for vertical wall plugs it stick out a long way. This means when you put your charging cords in - one needs a lot of space away from the wall. Not good for PowerPoints behind bedside tables. Much better plugged into horizontal power boards.

Great product but had a shaky start.

The Charger is very quick and convenient as up to 4 items can be charged. Just a side note - the first charger was faulty. It became extremely hot and did not charge. In the end happy with the purchase.

Heavy, works for some but not all usb cables

Bought it to charge my new phone. Its very heavy and will fall if in a powerboard and pull things with it. It charges two phones at once but gets very hot but once 3 items or 1 portable battery are connected its more erratic. My older iPod cables wont charge on this so I cant charge my old iPod or iPad on it which is a pain.

High wattage charger block

Does the job. Doesn’t get too hot. Would be nice if the unit had some writing or symbols showing the 2 ports that share output-it is mentioned in the small print paperwork though.

ITS doesnot work and heat

I bought this charger From BIG W port Augusta, South Australia before 2 months but but i loss my bill as well. But now it doesnot work , i loss $48 so Its a kind of bad charger. if there is any option to change this as per the company reputation???
