The only downside is only a standard Micro USB cable is supplied without the fast charger wall adapter which you need to supply yourself or you will just charge at the non-fast charge rate (despite it saying "Fast Wireless Charging" on the screen".

I regret buying this. Terrible product. You have to move your phone around so much just to get it in the *perfect* position, otherwise it won't charge. Might as well use a cord. It has flashing red lights which wake me up when I'm sleeping. Also, a burn mark appeared on top of the charger less than a week after I bought it. That really inspires confidence. Hope it doesn't explode one night. Verdict: don't waste your money, go for something better quality.

Great charger. Very happy with performance. Wherever you put your phone on it, it charges - unlike another brand which was really frustrating.Very happy with the product.
Simple design, using with a new model iPhone. Sometimes doesn’t form a proper connection and doesn’t change overnight. Makes a slight electronic noise while charging which can be noticeable at night time. Quite a short cable. Does the job for the price.
I bought this a week ago because my phones charging slot has a lot of issues. This one was cheap and effective but it overheats so quickly and long before my phone even charges and the material is terrible my phone constantly slips off.
Had this for a few months now. Was excited to use this at first as the design looks sleek, however quite disappointed with the charging speed. It seems 3 times slower than a normal iPhone charger. Also, it always needs to be positioned correctly as a slight reposition would disconnect the charger.
I bought this a month ago and I so badly wish I could get a refund. 79 dollars I wasted on this trash that honestly charges so slowly. It says fast charging but it's a complete lie, it is shockingly slow!! Also the design is so horrible, it's very small and for some idiotic reason they made the surface where your phone sits very very slippery. It is hard to get the right spot on your phone. It continuously pauses the charging and starts over and over and over again. Definitely unhappy with this product and I wish I got my money back.
Very temperamental. Had to take my phone case off every night. Even then it took about 10minutes to align the phone correctly so it charged. Charged very slowly and some mornings I would wake up and the battery would actually be discharged.Switched to a pixel stand which was instantly better and has no such issues.
I have what would be considered a thicker case - Pela case, and both my iPhone 8 and Pixel 3 charge without issue with the cases on. No problems with positioning or anything like that. It charges at a normal speed, probably the same as if I used my cable. Handy for desk use.
