Initially it connected then started to update firmware and that was that!! No way could we get Internet after trying to reconnect a number of times over 24 hours.....took it back, got refund and suggest you don't bother with this product.

Like another reviewer here initially the router worked then did a firmware update after that the router/modem couldn't find the sim card. Return to JB HiFi they were really good about it.

I went through two of these routers , first time it worked for about a month then the second only a day. It needed a firmware update but wouldn't download it , wifi kept dropping out and continued to disconnect from the internet. I went on the d link website to download the manual and wouldn't you believe it that wouldn't work either! Officeworks were great refunding me and I bought a tp link instead.
