Amazing rod for trout fishing, paired to the new 21 TD Caldia size 1000, it is a killa combo. The rod is extremely light and easy to cast in both open areas and to flick around structure in search of the big ones. Also extremely strong and sensitive allowing you to hook up on even the smallest of hits.

Nice rod matched with sol 2500 6p braid.Casts well very light setup . Just need frikken lockdown to end to test!Staff here are great ordered many items over time and always get what I ordered & quick deliverly.Thanks Otto staff

Daiwa's JDM quality means confidence for the intended use. Quality grip and lightweight, cast all day. Surprisingly not a true 1 piece rod as (741) stated...joins in the butt
