Daktozin is the BEST cream for a gnarly red nappy rash! Nothing else will work - anything else simply “feeds” it - Daktozin actually kills the bacteria/fungus and my baby’s nappy rash is always 90% better after 2-3 days of using it. Always have two tubes on the go - one for at home and one for the nappy bag !!!

An excellent product

This works great as a nappy rash cream. When ever bubs bottom start getting red I apply this and by next nappy change the redness has come down a lot and next day no more redness. Also small tube last a quite while.
