All DALI acoustics are designed in accordance with the broad-scattering principle, which optimizes off-axis speaker radiation. This technology is ideal for built-in acoustics, as it is always mounted flush in the wall or ceiling. One of goals in developing the Phantom S is to create wall-mounted High-End speakers with shallow depth for maximum installation versatility. The advanced Soft Magnetic Compound (SMC) eliminates variations in the magnetic flux in the gap. This solution minimizes distortion compared to conventional speakers.
