These are premium quality knives and MyDeal had them the cheapest at the time I purchased them. They have a great weight on them and the handle is hexagon shaped which honestly makes it a lot easier to hold and use. The blades not only look incredible but are genuinely sharp and cut super cleanly and easily. I highly recommend these and all of the damashiro emperor knife range in fact.

Japanese Blades

We have a Japanese chefs knife and petty knife, which are so much better than any other blade. The steak knives were the perfect compliment. You never go back to traditional blades after you've used a japanese blade.
