I ordered two of these by mistake, was told I could send one back for a refund which I promptly did the exact day I received my order. Have now been told that because I didn’t keep my tracking number they cannot tell me if it’s been received. Firstly I was not told to get the tracking number and secondly I was only given a reference number by their customer service. So now I do not have a knife I paid for and I do not have my refund. They should be able to track it via the label they email to me to pop on the package.I will never ever purchase another item from Baccarat based on their customer service.First and last purchase ever.

Great paring knife
