Very impressed with this swag. Massive downpour on the first night of use for my daughter and she did not experience any water in the swag. Excellent ventilation, mattress is very comfortable and the 900 is very spacious. I'm looking at buying another one for my older son. Thoroughly recommend.

Great quality swag. My partner and i both fit easily and we can both sit up inside. The thicker mattress makes it more comfortable. The separate windows at the base of the swag make it great for air flow whilst still keeping the main doors shut and dark at the top where our heads are. Set up and pack up is straight forward and no issues getting the swag back into the bag once rolled up

Great swag, more comfortable than I expected and enough room for two people. I brought this so my wife and I could go camping with the 4WD together and it's great. It's quick and easy to put up.
Unfortunately the product we purchased was not up to standard. When seasoning the swag as instructed the fabric seemed to shrink and the pocket that you put your pole in ripped. Which meant a) a hole! B) no where to put the pole to keep the swag water proof and up wright
Purchased this double swag and was initially impressed with the quality of the canvas. However after one use in the rain I noticed the water would pool significantly on the roof above the head space. There was no way it could drain off naturally. I contacted darche about the issue but they did not comment on the design and I ended up getting a full refund at BCF. Don't buy this swag, I went with the DUKE 1400 from 23zero instead, much better design with a steep roof pitch so no water will pool.
The usual Darche quality canvas work, very roomy with near vertical walls and includes a fairly robust canvas storage bag that’s big enough to fit the sag with a mattress and sleeping gear rolled up inside.While it’s a good swag, it misses the mark on few things.It would be good if they offered a premium option paired with their 1300mm wide self-inflating mat (the included mat isn't great). The straps are sewn into the foot end of the swag. An exped mega mat duo measuring 1320mm wide is a friction fit in this 1400mm wide swag. Mats any wider than 1320mm would need to bow to fit inside, I guess they are made for the Darche 1300mm wide inflating mats.The storage bag is good, but not waterproof and leaked along the zip area in driving rain on a roofrack. The swag was zipped up so remained dry on the inside. The upgrade for the bag is the waterproof Darche Nero 240 (or roll it up in a tarp or use some jumbo garbage bags).
First use i was away for 6 days. The mattress was comfortable, although i used a yoga mat underneath mattress for some ground separation it wasn't necessary. Big enough to sit up and move around in. I did season it before going away but due to rain forecast i used a tarp under and over the swag. The parts that did get wet held out the water well. It is easy to set up and pack away. It is a big package, so make sure you have enough room when packing vehicles. I have an SUV and it took up some space on the roof and in the back. (I was considering buying a cheaper swag but i didnt like some of the draw backs like sagging sides and leaking zippers when it rains. From what i was told from others who bought cheaper swags). Worth the money!!!
Waited all of a week for the arrival of our new swag from QLD to VIC! love it! currently seasoning the canvas in the rain that;s pelting down! but Freddys had the best price I could find online! along with free postage aswell. Cant fault them!
