Can carry and erect with just myself and my daughter. It’s soooooooo light and easy. Quite flighty in winds so make sure you peg down well!!!!!!!

Awesome size 1/2 of a normal gazebo. Easy setup and pack up with ample size bag. Sand pockets work great and handles a solid Pilbara breeze. Con: as others have said the slide locks can grab/jam a little but not a big issue. 4/5 because unfortunately if you don’t pay attention when setting up the fabric cover can get caught in the central pivot hub.

Not a lot of reviews around for this shelter - but I thought I would take a leap of faith on the reputation of the quality that Darche generally produces. The concept of the shelter is quite good, however it seems to be not really up to the standard of other Darche products. If the shelter didn't have the Darche logo, you would struggle to convince me it was actually produced by them.Setup was pretty easy in my back yard, but I did notice the plastic of the pole locking mechanisms seems light and cheap. Pros is compact and much lighter than the Oztrail gazebos. If you’re familiar with the easy up tent frames from Coleman then this tent is easy and quick to get up without having to take off the canvas etc. Con: the roof poles that extend seem to jam up and get stuck. Sometimes they don’t fully extend and sometimes they don’t retract smoothly and jam. It’s annoying for both set up and pack up. Pretty disappointing from a brand like Darche. I’ve put some inox on the sliding sections and the push button locking mechanisms and no luck. It’s a shame as it’s a great size and weight.
