I really enjoyed using this during the winter months in New England. I have normal to dry skin but could be easily irritated/sensitive. I was recommended this by another Esthetian after countless products that seemed to not work for my dry, flaky red skin. Finally tried this and it worked! So I've tried lots of creams. Lots. And I've been using this one now since about a year straight without straying much outside Darphin (some hydraskin when I feel like it). I first started using this cream when I had to use an acne medication on my skin, and it was irritating my skin SO much. This cream calmed everything down almost immediately, and this is the cream that I buy for all my relatives that are struggling with acne as well because it is so calming and effective. Beautiful

I bought this to use when my skin had flared up with Perioral dermatitis and mild rosacea. My skin was extremely dry and dehydrated when I started using this. The Intral soothing cream was perfect for my unhappy slim. So light but deeply nourishing. This will be my go to cream whenever my skin needs something gentle and calming.

Game changer

I have been suffering from menopausal skin for ages, it’s reactive to products I usually use and a lot of nourishing creams leave it itchy, hot and red. This cream was so soothing. Light weight but extremely moisturising. It absorbed quickly and I was left with a lovely glow to my skin

Gorgeous cream

I really like this cream. It feels quite thick when you initially put it on but it sinks in beautifully and feels really calming and soothing. My skin has had some angry hormonal flare ups recently and this has been effective at easing the tightness they caused.

HG material!

This cream is exactly what I've been looking for! It's lightweight yet moisturizing, sanitary packing (given the tube) and easy to carry around ( I travel a lot). It has a very faint smell of roses and is nice and warm going on your face. It has done wonders for my skin- which is generally normal to dry, but has been acting up recently thanks to pollens and allergens this spring!Fab stuff- the price is awfully steep, but definitely warrants a repurchase. I also looked through the ingredient list and it looks like it will suit most skin types- except for very dry.

It does what the name says

Although I use the Ideal Resource creams regularly, sometimes, the weather or some other factor makes my skin get really irritated and crusty. I use the INTRAL Soothing Cream for a day or two and my skin just calms right down . It is also soothed immediately upon application. I love this cream.

arphin Intral Soothing Cream is an absolute must-have for anyone with sensitive skin. I have had many issues with dry, sensitive skin and have tried a variety of products that manage the issue but none work as well as this one. It's been a lifesaver because it gives me relief without leaving my skin feeling weighted down.

Soothing Hydration

I have been using the Darphin Intral Soothing Cream for around a month. It is a light textured cream that sinks in easily to skin. I have mild rosacea and this feels soothing and calming when applied it alleviates any itching and irritation immediately. It feels like it has a cooling effect on the skin. It provides hydration all day and feels like it provides a barrier on the skin without being heavy or greasy. Skin feels really smooth and soft after using. This helped calm my rosacea I don't think it is the best cream I have used for reducing redness but it reduces it a bit and for soothing my rosacea it is the best I have tried so far. It works great over the Intral serum. Excellent option for rosacea, irritated, compromised, or very sensitive skin.

I've always had a really sensitive skin so I was a little hesitant when I first tried arphin Intral Soothing Cream. But it's been over 2 months and I'm still loving it! It moisturized my skin and my redness is gone. My skin feels so soft and refreshed! Definitely recommend this cream to anyone with sensitive skin!
