After testing both the EDT (original) and EDP versions of Hermès H24, I finally settled on this EDP version for its greater longevity and projection on my skin. Like the original, this version still maintains the banana/ fruit bowl aspect with a metallic edge, but is also rounder and smoother in its composition. Green, earthy and aromatic. Perfect for Spring, Summer and warmer Autumn days. Suitable for office wear and many other situations, I see this being a signature scent for someone because it is unique but still versatile. Another great release from Hermès and certainly worth having a sniff!

I smell fresh pear when I first apply with a nice sort of cedar driftwood once set. I love this scent for me, but also for my boyfriend. If this scent came in a body lotion I’d be all over it. The scent also reminds me of some mens aftershave but again I think anyone who likes fresh with a bit of sweet/woodsy scents would love this. I recently learned that the crease on the inner part of your arm (like elbow crease) is a pulse point and another great place to apply perfume. Whenever I apply perfume there it lasts SO MUCH LONGER than when I used to apply just to my wrists and décolleté. I had never tried this brand before but I think ... For me, after about 7-8 hours I can still smell the base notes of wood and a creamy spice that I like. It’s the only fragrance that I put on that feels like a journey from the time I spray it on to the end. I find myself going ... First impression: vintage 70's vibes but lighter, without the vintage 70's animalics. Muscle cars, mustaches, gas shortages, and hairy chests. Not very spicy, stays a neutral, tangy moss (synthetic but still good) without going too green.I'm not sure this will appeal to the bubble gum and sweet tonka crowd. Props to Hermes for going against the grain and releasing something like this, and I'll support the brand by buying this and wearing it alot. It also sticks to my skin which many others from the house do not. Projection is great for the first couple hours before it becomes a skin scent but still detectable by others in your immediate vicinity.Great release 👍
