I have had this mattress for 3 months and it saves in three areas. You referred me to Sealy , who came picked up the mattress bought it back in less than 2 hours and said they had to keyhole a spring. It’s EXACTLY the same FAULTY and this is the worst consumer experience I’ve had. Four adults and my husband agreed.They have lied to me and sent me back a faulty mattress. I have asked for a replacement but to no avail. I will never buy Sealy again.

I purchased this mattress after carefully reading the description online and trying the plush version in store. The online description was exactly a copy and paste of the plush version, so I thought they would be the same. The first night I slept on this, I had a bad shoulder ache in the morning and it hasn't gotten better 3 weeks later. The mattress is more towards a firm level. The edges of the mattress is surrounded by a very hard barrier. I can feel it digging into me when I sit on the edge. This is not a feature but a flaw in design. The only positive is that communication for delivery was fantastic.
