We had heated discussion because by then I’d lost my patience. Bedshed’s 30 day wait is horrid. I knew after two nights that this Tempur is too hard and causing pressure point pain and tossing all night trying to get comfortable. The sales person should not have sold me a medium firm as a side sleeper.The exchange contract means I am stuck for 30 days in pain and exhaustion.I would recommend trying sleeping duck as they have full refund available for 100 days.I regret using bedshed.

Old mattress took a few months to feel good. This one felt great immediately. Very happy with it and getting a great night's rest on it. Couldn't imagine using a different mattress now.

I am very happy with our new Tempur King Pro Lux. Maybe a little too firm, but it was our conscious decision not to go for the soft option.As stated in the heading, despite the generous discounts from Bedshed, the final price was perhaps a little high.But overall, a very good decision to purchase this item.
There is absolutely no airflow through these mattresses. Wake up full of sweat wherever my body is touching the mattress. Absolutely disappointing
Lashed out and bought this mattress as I was wanting a new mattress and I liked the benefits this mattress gave me. Massage, under bed lighting and the best thing and I didn't realise this but making my bed became so much easier with this mattress and the flexible base.Just love it.
Love love love. Great technology. Was worried about the price at first but when you do a side by side comparison to other mattresses, the difference is clear. Worth the extra cost
Not as expected. Takes getting used to after having traditional mattress. Rather soft after about 10 minutes. $300 cooling matress pad we had to buy is slippery
The Tempur "feel" takes some weeks to get used to but once this is achieved then it is a truly great mattress so different than all other compositions of mattress manufacture. Recommended.
We had a Tempur Original mattress for 15yrs and loved it. The perfect compromise between firm and soft, but we decided to replace it with a fresh one. Worried that the 'new and improved ' model wouldn't hold up to the original, we found the first night took a little adjusting but every night since has been a great sleep! Would only recommend Tempur mattresses now.
