Parts were missing (sides of couch). Service is practically non-existent. I phoned and a bot told me to use online chat. Was then on hold online for half an hour then cut off promptly at 5pm. Online chat the next day said FF online can't help me so send an email. Sent an email, no reply as yet. I have spent about an hour chasing it up with no progress. Delivery tracking also hopeless, so I had no opportunity to ensure I was home to receive the item, which arrived two days after the ETA. Then I had to carry it upstairs by myself. FF info and courier info did not correspond. Also annoying that FF sends survey invites before delivery occurs and before issues are resolved.

I have been in contact numerous times to try and exchange my couch as threads are coming out & cushions are already sinking. But no one seems to help me with it , I’m so frustrated and disappointed as fantastic furniture has been nothing but provided great service for me.

I really like the sofa. Only problem is the strong smell coming from it, it had given everyone in the house a headache. Hopefully the smell will dissipate and fade with time.
