Ive been looking for a mini frying pan for ages for my new induction cooker. This fits the bill perfectly. Im in the process of building up the seasoning and so far its worked beautifully on my cooker. Lovely quality product. It should last for years.

Its a good pan with an absolutely incomprehensible design flaw.The only place where the egg sometimes sticks is where the de buyer logo is Why on earth would de buyer emboss their logo on the inner base of a pan thats meant to become nonstick Its simply crazy. I have a dozen de buyer pans but because of tiny size of this one, the embossed logo matters.

My 94 year old Mother scrambles and egg every morning. For years she has scratched the coating off of PTFE covered pans. My wife has several de Buyer pans and skillets and when I saw this one, I knew I had to get it for my Mother.I will season it for her when I visit next, and she will be able to scramble her egg like a pro, and not ingest all those harmful chemicals.Your cookware is excellent quality, and I have given it as wedding gifts as well.

Cute little pans. Partially looking for a high quality pan for camping use. Like the presentation of serving a single egg. Obviously big enough for a single pancake. Nice pancakes. My 9.5 inch de Buyers staying as my camping pan.
Excellent pans. They are worth every penny, especially if you want a durable, high quality, long lasting carbon steel pan. Much lighter than my cast iron pans -- this is my first purchase of a carbon steel pan. Recently bought the egg pan and 9 1/2" mineral B Bois fry pan. Love them both. Didn't know this company existed until I got an email advertising a De Buyer pan. After reviewing their website I had a good feeling about their product, quality, etc. Then getting them and using the pans only once, I'm even more excited about the purchase. Looking forward to a lot of great cooking with these pans and will definitely be buying more in the future.
Nice little steel pan for your morning eggs, just wished it was available as a 5-6 in version so that I could make 2-3 scrambled eggs at once without having to fire the 8in pan.It may also be a little small for most gas burners and thus the handle quickly gets very hot. I'm looking forward to using it on an induction cooktop to see if it's better.

Really love my debuyer. Need to season it first before its nonstick. Healthier alternative than teflon. I fry eggs in it. It can be used for many things other than that tho
Great little pan but the product arrived with chips and deep scratches on the edge.Would normally return but will only be used occasionally for very specific jobs.Take the time to properly season the pan and youll find youll want to use it for everything.Like all cast iron pans the handles get hot so watch out. Its easy to forget
After seasoning (instructions included) this pan is likely my favorite of all time! I'm mainly using it for an egg every morning. Very heavy duty and retains heat well. You can burn yourself on the handle so use a pot holder, etc, when removing from heat.
