Shipped super fast! I got this pan for sauces as my carbon steel pans give a metallic taste. This little pan is amazing quality and beautiful to look at. It does exactly what I need it to. Debuyer is where I look for my cookware needs!!

Quality and shape are fantastic, it works for everything from meat to pasta sauce to scrambled eggs. I use it all the time, alongside a set of Le Creuset triply pots. Wont need much else for the next twenty years I think. It cleans easily with a soft sponge and a dash of baking soda.

Bought this on another website but am so pleased with it that I thought to add a review. This is really like a chefs pan, very similar to the genware 2.8 litre I looked at. It is surprisingly light and well balanced at 1.25 kg. All told, it is beautifully crafted and a joy to use. Expensive, but if you shop around it is cheaper than this. It is a saucier but also doubles as a small wok, frypan, saucepan... a jack of all trades..and you could argue it falls between all stools...but it is so lovely I plan to find lots of uses for it. Highly recommended
Home cooks (like me) up to professional chefs do not need me to tell them how good DeBuyer products are. Suffice it to say that the deep, conical, stainless steel saute pan is so versatile and so easy to clean that it is in danger of making a number of my other pans redundant!
