this pan has a stainless steel handle (to keep it cool when using the pan in the oven) for me its too slippery. the pan is heavy & I couldn't get a grip on it. I really like the usual handle much better.

This crepe pan is fabulous. I retired my 40 year old one after using this once. Worth the price.
Great for crepes, I also use it for sauteeing at medium to low temperature. Very to clean, a simple wipe with a soapy sponge, surface seems very durable at this point.
