Mandolina De Buyer Revolution
It’s an up grade from a previous de buyer mandolin model. The pusher is better, but I wish the cubing blades offered larger mm of dice.
Solid frame, good choice of blades well designed for their task. Good safety features (most important) Enjoyed making lattice/game crisps on these!
