So after looking around and checking out different coffee machines this came up as one of the best around, once it arrived and it was all set up and ready to go. Which was very easy, with alittle playing around I got the right bean grind for the type of beans I was using.The different baskets for single and double are good you just need to remember to change it on the machine too, the steam wand is good but make sure you clean it straight away or the hole will block.Overall really love this machine and would recommend it to any coffee lover.

Buy two- one for the replacement parts

If you're truly thinking of buying a DeLonghi bean to cup coffee machine, please make sure that you can afford to buy it twice. There are no spare parts available, so if you accidentally lose/drop/ damage a part of it, you're stuffed without a backup machine.

Good coffee poor quality machine

4 months in the grinder played up.. repaired and didn’t work properly after that.. can no longer change the grind level, Lucky for me it’s stuck on the grind for my beans.. cheap and nasty..plus side you can make a good coffee

Have been using this for almost two months, a great machine, looks good and makes good coffee. Love the integrated bean grinder, easy to use and clean.

Great smaller machine

So impressed with this smaller version. Makes great coffee every time. Milk frother is exceptional

Nice all rounded start up coffee machine

Very well rounded coffee machine overall.Settings and functionality are generally in line with the top competitor brand. Steaming works fine and overall coffee output is much better than expected.

Poor product

Owned it 4 months and on to my second repair. First time it wouldn’t reach optimal pressure and now it’s leaking water from underneath. Repair shop is a two hour turnaround and I’m expected to take it back in my time - again. I was told if anything else happened to it I would be given a replacement. That’s not the case.
