I've had a chronic ear wax problem all my life. I've used all kinds of ear wax removal solutions in the market and never found one that worked for me. My doctors told me that there was nothing I could do about it and I had to just keep coming back to them every 3 months for micro-suction. To be quite honest, I was super hesitant on using this product. I have such anxiety about not hearing and yes, I experienced temporary hearing loss while using this but it was 100% worth it. I inserted about 5-10 drops and then waited 30min. When it comes to the dropper, I must say that using any and all angles work. The anxious part of me was just wanting to hear, so once a few squirts in my ear while sitting upright didn’t let me hear, I titled that ear 180 degrees downward, and I was able to hear instantly. You’ll feel the water draining out once you tilt your head 180 degrees sideways. After I was able to hear out of one ear I noticed a slightly irritating pressure in that ear. So I’ve been having ear clogging problem ever since a kid but this time seem to be the worst. I went to target and bought debrox since the reviews seem to be very good. I followed the instructions and placed 2-3 drops in my muffled ear and after a few min I heard the crackling sound. Waiting around 15 min or so, I got up to use the bulb syringe to rinse it out. Not much came out, only little ear wax pieces after multiple attempt. Didn’t clear my muffled ear right away too and I was getting dizzy after repetitively rinsing my ear. So the following the day I repeated the instructions and continue the day after. The item doesn’t work like magic, but at the end of the day it does work to a certain extent. My ear isn’t muffled anymore after the third day.

I followed the instructions, let the medicine do it’s thing, and as of right now, I really wish I just didn’t buy and use this product at all. It stiffened up the earwax in my ear and made it more clogged and now it has pressure and hurts. At first it seemed like it was working fine, but then the medicine had trouble dripping out, I don’t like the product and am very disappointed and all I’m left with is a clogged and painful ear. I used an ear cleaner tool (not a q tip) and started digging out bits of wax. my ear was still clogged, and I didn't feel comfortable enough doing an ear flush, so I made a doctors appointment and got my ear flushed. when the dr checked inside, she told me the was was almost all nearly gone, so I'm pretty sure if I had used the drops a third time or flushed my own ear, I could have removed all the wax myself. So just give it an extra bit of time, half to an hour and it will definitely help release the wax build up
Ear was feeling a bit weird after a couple of hair washes. Was skeptical about it as the last time something like this happened, had to visit a specialist to get the blockage removed. But it works! Just follow the directions and be patient, it’s effective. Don’t need to use more frequently than recommended. If you don’t want to remain your head tilted for 10 minutes, putting a cotton pad loosely in your ear helps to stop the liquid going everywhere while still let the product works it magic. Recommend the final flush with warm water, that was what really made the difference for me.
I had an earwax buildup at that caused some hearing loss from May 5th through May 12th. Instead of going to a doctor or Wellnow, I decided to try Debrox, and I was happy with the results. Following the instructions, I was able to get small to finally big balls of wax out of my ear, making me feel like I was having good hearing for the first time in years. I was so grateful that I tried this product. I will say that, and you may have to talk to your doctor before doing it, even with the earwax removed, there might be some fluid inside. One doctor recommended me using Sudafed, and that can do the trick, though it may not be needed. So I recommend contacting your doctor and ask them if you feel like there’s fluid still in the air ears.

This product is amazing. My right ear was completely clogged with zero hearing ability. Laid on my side, added 7 drops, and let it fizzle away for about 6-7 minutes. It feels amazing and tickles/itches, no pain whatsoever. I then got the rubber bulb and filled it with warm water. I lifted my head and faced me ear toward the ground, squeezed the water very hard and I could hear instantly. Took a cotton swab and swabbed out the nastiest, biggest blob of wax I’ve ever seen. 10/10
