This was fitted to my Brand new Rockrider which cost me 2000€. The guy mucked about with it and finally got the bike to stand on it. I have carefully used it since without incident. Today on level ground the bike fell over, smashed my mirror, broke the stand and scraped other parts. I am not happy and this stand is not any good for my bike.

Bought this stand with Rockrider ST30 bicycle from Decathlon Store Wagholi. With in a couple of months the stand broke into two pieces. Very poor quality product. You can get similar stand from Amazon for less than 300 rupees. Decathlon is selling same product for 699 rupees.

This stand can only be installed very close to the rear wheel. However, the distribution of the weight is in a awkward position which makes the bike very easy to fall. My bike has fallen several times and continue to fall without strong wind or other outside force. It is just the position of this stand where it can be installed. I will return to the Brampton location for a different stand.

Excellent Side Stand without any problems of not balancing properly or becoming weak over time. It fits the chainstay also securely without any moving around or frequent screw tightening being required. I have been using this product for 6 years now without any hassles.
This stand fits perfectly on my 29 inch mountain bike and is adjustable to obtain the perfect position. When folded up it aligns perfectly with the frame. I Would highly recommend this stand aftrer trying another brand that was completely incompatible for this size bike, even though though it stated it was suitable for a 29 inch frame.
Before I bought this stand I had a stand that was mounted just behind the crank in the u shaped area made by the rear wheel mounting arms. My old stand was constantly failing to hold the bike up, despite adjustments to it and the central mounting bolt came loose despite having a locking washer. The crank mounted stands are prone to twisting especially if you have a rear rack with some weight on it. The BTWIN 500 stand is mounted directly on the left hand rear wheel arm, so it cannot twist. It is easily and quickly adjusted by pressing in the red locking pin and it is a better position to hold the weight of the bike. In addition to this it is possible to rotate the bikes pedals backwards without the pedals jamming on the stand. The product price is bit high as compared to other products from different vendors.It is an universal stand fits into major cycle as provided in cycle size description.I had bought for my Montra cycle and tried fitting it with bit difficulty as the stand third screw was a bit off.If you guys provide additional screws ( a bit longer one than the all ready fitted ones). It would definitely help a lot more for it then be a universal stand.The button system for extending the stands gives a 60% confidence since it feels soft when pressing and extending.Con : Price is way too much as compared to product. Around 500~ would be a good range for it.
The stand is really as it is shown in the pics. Sturdy, nice material and does its job very well. Even i have used it for only 2 days i can tell it can live up to the expectations as it was advertised. If you are thinking of buying it go for it. Only problem it thuds on large bumps at high speed but i ll take that given the other features. The adjustability is amazing. The fitting is superb and the compatibility with my Triban RC 100 is great. Loved it. Thanks Decathlon for this one.
handy little extra to have and no idea how they can sell these at this price. looks well made and a good finish to it but be sensible. dont sit on the bike and expect it to support you too, its not what its intended for. Also, tighten the clamping screws evenly so the gaps are equal top and bottom and remember you arent tightening truck wheel nuts up!
this stand started clattering a lot on bumpy and uneven terrains after few months. i have been using it with my rockrider st 540 since 4 months. very unpleasant experience form the stand. i have already exchanged it within 90 days. the new one again started showing the same. i request the buyers to not go for this stand as its very fragile.
