Easy to use product and great for relieving back pain/muscle pain. There are 2 sections to each patch (and I end up cutting that in half). I find it better to use at night as there’s constant pressure on the patches and constant warmth/heat. I could see if you used them during the day when moving about it would be better to have a compression or Lycra top to keep pressure on the patches. Also I have slightly sensitive skin so I need a day in between uses. Instructions are on the box and on each outer plastic wrapping of the patch.Great product. No smell. Good warmth produced and good pain relief.

Sis in law told me about this product and gave me a pack to try. Really helps with back pain. Feels warm for a long time and helped my back pain so much. No smell and sticks easily. Had to buy more. Handy to have at home for future uses. Highly recommend

I have been a long term user of these and chemist warehouse I have found to be the cheapest which is important when I’m buying so many. I stand long hours and end up with such a sore back, with these it is so much better. I can put it on 7am and it’s still warm at midnight, does get itchy if I leave it on for too long though. Would definitely recommend!

I have a chronic back injury, and I’m sure that others with back pain can relate - winter is the least pleasant time of the year for trying to carry on with your regular life activities.Heat packs and such can help if you’re staying still (and in proximity to a microwave / power socket etc), but what about if you need to move about?One of these extra large “double patches” applied across my lower back generates warmth from the time I get up to the time I’m ready to turn in for the night. Makes a huge difference to the level of discomfort that cold weather would often bring. These heat patches are my go to product for any back pain that I have. They work quickly to relieve the pain and last for over 8 hours. They are better than wheat bags because you don’t have to continually reheat them.
On really bad lower back pain days, these work brilliantly for me. And the heat absolutely does last for the whole work day, even longer. (Tip: Given where the patches are positioned for lower back pain, just be careful not to lose the patch down the loo, ladies!)
Deep Heat is a trusted brand when it comes to pain management. However, this specific product says heat therapy and IT IS NOT. it is simply an annoying ugly sticker that stays cold and does discomfort more than anything else. I recommend the gel from this brand.
Well i use Tiger Balm patches they are 100 % better .Deep heat were not warm enough .Didnt do much for my chronic back .
These heat patches are fantastic. They help to soothe and relieve tight muscles and sit discreetly under clothing. The best part is there is no deep heat smell - they are odourless. Great product!
Love this product. Large enough for my lower back. Stick it on and keep going through the whole day. It’s amazing it keeps your muscles warm to help with the ache and pains. I always have an extra pack to give away they are that good.
