This is the only naturall product that will relieve my 12-year old daughter's period pain. It is also discreet so it really helps when she goes to school with it.
This product is fantastic.So much so that am wanting to buy more. I like it especially when I can go out and have the heat pack on me helps with the cramps.Wished there was more then 3 in the packet.

I brought it and it was Luke warm for like 4 hrs, didn't even heat up or help in anyway... I had high hopes. But im extremely dissapointed
I bought a pack of 3 with the hopes they’d be similar to handwarners. Didn’t heat up at all, opened another sachet in case I had a dud one and the exact same. Waste of money
