The DeepCool AK500 Zero Dark CPU cooler in detail The DeepCool AK500 Zero Dark is a powerful single tower CPU cooler, which maximizes the cooling potential with a large heat sink, five heat pipes and a highly efficient 120-mm FDB fan. With 240 watt heat dissipation, you are well equipped for the powerful processors of the latest generations. Excellent heat pipe technology The copper heat pipes maximize the heat dissipation, regardless of the housing orientation, thanks to optimized capillary structure and precise fluid feed. This balanced ratio allows efficient phase change across the entire heatpipe, with reduced thermal resistance over a wide power spectrum. The special angled and offset heat-pipe design gives you unrestricted access to the RAM banks, thus ensuring optimum compatibility even in case of powerful RAM with generous heat-spreaders. This design also ably emphasizes all RGB lighting effects. On quad-channel motherboards, the distance between the rear slots is generous 45 mm. Cool, quiet and powerful Thanks to the accompanying FK120 fan you not only achieve maximum air flow and static pressure for high-performance cooling, but can also switch in an intelligent way for whisper-quiet efficiency. An adapter included enables low speeds, and additional fan brackets offer flexibility for future upgrades. This text is machine translated.

Purchased this to replace an AIO with a failing pump unit. It's big, but had no trouble fitting in a full tower case... however, it is a bit tricky to attach to an installed mobo. Tricky enough that I actually removed my mobo so I could properly seat it in a single attempt and get a solid smoosh on the thermal paste. At the cost of an extra 30 minutes, I thought it was worth it.I'm running an older processor (i5-6600k, 91TDP), so it's not having any trouble keeping it cool while gaming, and not making much noise in the process. Overall, I'm super happy with it.

Looks really good. I really like the hardware setup.

I'm getting 38 idle and 50-60c in gaming. I tried over clocking the 12700k. It handled 5ghz, but I was getting in the 70s+.

I was having issues with my AIO making noises for over a month with plenty of attempts to fix to no avail, and when I came to micro center I asked for help as I don’t know much about coolers and was almost immediately recommended this product, I eventually decided it was seemingly the best choice and got it, it’s been a few weeks now and I am very satisfied with my purchase- more than sufficient cooling and absolutely silent, even with my head inside my pc right next to it, and no issues, thank you to wherever it was that recommended it to me !
Bought this for a 7800X3d build and it does a good job keeping it cool, temps stay under 78C with standard settings. Was easy to install and came with some thermal paste and it's very quiet.
