Canned fruit is a great way to always have fruit on hand. I hope packed in fruit concentrate is less sugar than packed in syrup. A little bit mushy but so is frozen.

I purchased this hoping to spruce up my morning oatmeal. Hoping to be eating as clean as possible, so after sifting through the canned peaches that Walmart has to offer, I decided on the Del Monte No Sugar Added peaches.The fact that there wasn't sugar added and that the description read that the peaches were packed in water (rather than that gross sugary syrup) won me over.I excitedly opened the can this morning and to my dismay happened to notice "Sweetened with sucralose". I really wish Del Monte was more forthcoming about this. "No Sugar Added" and "Packed in Water" are conveniently highlighted, yet the note about sucralose is placed obscurely towards the bottom of the can.If you're looking for a 'healthy' option, this is definitely not it.

These peaches were delicious and not mushy at all. They were still crunchy. Almost as good as having a fresh peach. I will purchase again.

These peaches were delicious and not mushy at all. They were still crunchy. Almost as good as having a fresh peach. I will purchase again.
I bought three cans of the Del Monte product. Two were fine but the third was dreadful: greenish-yellow fruit in a dirty green juice. So disappointing.I normally buy the Waitrose equivalent but am finding the cans very difficult to open. The Del Monte cans have ring-pulls. If I could be sure of the quality of the fruit, I would always buy the Del Monte brand, for that reason alone. The Waitrose lids are extremely hard work.
Hard to find peaches without added sugar. Sure, they say no added sugar, but I would rather have actual sugar than sucralose. And these use fruit to sweeten, don't know why they need to be sweetened at all, but hey, what do I know? Used these recently to make a peach crumble and used some to add to my overnight oats with cinnamon. I tried frozen peaches, but they don' seem to have any flavour, these ones are really good.
Well, it says on the tin that they are Greek peaches...! For me this means that they have been picked once they are ripe and then canned, and these are the peaches I enjoy! Trouble with 'fresh peaches' as I have recently found... is that they are, presumably?, picked before they are ripe then ripened en route?... which means that most of the 'fresh peaches' I've tried have been far from ripe or sweet. So no thank you! But these Del Monte peaches and also the Natures Finest, are simply delicious, sweet and succulent. I shall stick to these two brands from now on... the 'fresh' are simply too unreliable. Thank you Waitrose for making these available to us...
I like Del Monte in water Peach Slices, is less calories and healthier.The less sugar the better ...There is way too much sugar in most products we consume.The more natural the better...
It is quite sweet. When I make a fruit salad, I use fresh fruit but I put in a can of Del Monte sliced peach, I dice them and I also use the juice to add sweetness to my fruit salad. It blends in well.
So convenient as doesnt go off in fruit bowl and its as good as fresh fruit! Luv these as in juice and Del Monte top grade fruit only used. Cheaper versions have bits stone,pith,and bits but DM rarely do. As counting calories ‘in juice’ my choice always.
