nice HD picture and appreciate smaller base taking up less space on desk. I do miss the power and screen settings on the front of the monitor, not crazy about them at the back of monitor.
This is the only smallest size monitor with HDMI, DP, Thunderbolt, VGA, USB ports that exists in the world which was a must have for me!. The best for the price as well. So look no more anywhere because a match does not exists out there. I wished Dell was made a 19" with the same ports as well !
Having a second monitor while working on multiple design projects makes me more productive and the screen is so clear!
The P2225H monitor is easy to install and has a variety of connections. Several of our teachers use it as the first monitor in a dual monitor setup. The Sound Bar is fantastic!
I use this in portrait mode for sensor panels, icons, Spotify, Chat/Discord, or anything I don't need or want display on my main OLED monitor.It's pricey for small monitor but the thin bezels, lack of logos on the panel itself, USB A and C ports on the bottom for charging, 100hz refresh rate, and excellent overall quality once calibrated make it a great buy.
I searched 22" USB-C monitors. Got this. The screen is 21 3/4" on the diag. The outside edge is 22 1/8" on the diag. It is a great size for me and I love that. It doesn't have USB-C, didn't like that. But the HDMI is good and works just fine for me. I have it attached to a USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 hub and feeding into a Alienware M15. Running it at 1920x1080 100%. Looks great! Not using the onboard HDMI to minimize cabling to laptop. Haven't watched many videos on it yet as I use the laptop display for that which is 3200x1800. Much higher res.The only issue I might have is my audio keeps trying to switch over to Dell P2225H and nothing ever comes out. It doesn't happen often so it's not a real big issue at all.
I got this monitor for home use and a small monitor fits my space better. I need a hub because my computer has limited I/O and the 100Hz refresh rate makes the OS look very snappy - very noticeable and a much more enjoyable experience to use. If they made a 24” 4k 100Hz version I would definitely buy that though.
